Bottom drying system with nozzles fed by compressed and micro-filtered air supplied by the customer installed on the machine to eliminate the residue water on the bottom of bottle
Inside final rinsing with spring water or by ozonated water (Ozone generator is optional
Two final water-rinsing cycles ensure the cleanliness of bottles
Unloading section: at the end of the washing cycle bottles are automatically discharged onto the exit conveyor
Machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304
Intermittent movement of the machine will start and stop to finalize washing process
Enclosure is made of Plexiglas on the bottle in-feed and exit area
Inside lighting of all phases of the washing cycle
Large transparent windows are on all sides of machine to allow monitoring of the internal functions
