BK SERIES AUTOMATIC SELF-ADHESIVE LABELING MACHINE
APPLICATION
The machine is applicable for pharmacy, food, light industry, daily chemical round PET bottle and glass bottle labeling. The label is self-adhesive.
FEATURE
1. Built predominantly in anode oxidized aluminum alloy 6061 or 6063 and polished stainless steel SUS 303 or 304, never to rust
2. Imported advanced step motor from Japan
3. All detectors are imported from Japan and Germany
4. Computer control box design, elegant liquid crystal touch-screen; display and store 10 sets memorized diameter;
5. Installed on any production line or operate independently;
6. Conveyor belt can be put down according to condition, and labeling mode can be changed according to request
7. Coding machine is optional according to request
8. If applicator range exceed the following specification, we can design according to customer's request

We can provide the technical training for clients. In addition, we adopt the Italy and Germanic technique. When the equipment get something wrong, our technicians will provide solutions within several hours. Besides, if necessary, we can dispatch the technician to solve the problems at site.
We have 5 QC staff with over 10 years′ experience. All of our products have passed CE approvals. The auxiliary parts are from international and domestic famous brand products, such as SIEMENS, FESTO, GRUNDFOS, OMRON and so forth. Before shipment delivery, we run all complete sets for 30-70 hours continuously for further inspection. Therefore, our equipment′s lifetime reaches about 10 years under normal operation and maintenance.
Our 7 R&D staff have over 10 years′ experience, preparing to provide specific service for you. Our service covers logo printing, packing design and instruction printing. Lead time for confirmed orders is within 45 days.
