Introduction
1.Thanks for your selection on WaterTech's bottle washing-filling-capping machine (triblock).The machine is composed of bottle washing, filling, capping.
2.It makes all the mentioned functions in one machine which is fully automatic production equipment for beverage industry to achieve the goals of beautiful design, intelligent control, high speed, precise orientation, labor saving and perfect filling.
3.It is used in washing, filling and sealing all kinds of non-carbonated drinks, such as fruit juice, oil & vinegar, wine, fruit wine, drinking mineral water and pure water.
4.This machine is applicable to 200ml~2000ml bottles, the production capacity is from 0~4000BPH for 500ml, it's convenient to alter divers bottle volume packing.
Features
1.The suspending bottle-neck cramping design assures whole production line more stable during the working process and it also avoids malfunctions caused by the different bottle thickness or height.The design also dramatically reduces the required quantities of interchange parts which make it more convenient to change different types of bottles on washing, filling and capping.
2.The suspending bottle-neck cramps are controlled by photoelectric switch.The bottles are inner/outer washing and cleaning.
3.Advanced gravity filling technology from Germany and Italy is applied on the machine, which assure quick filling and high accuracy of liquid level control.
4Magnetic torque technology is applied on bottle screw-capping.Constant screw capping power can be adjustable stepless and therefore will not hurt the bottles at all.
5.Horizontal swirl cap sorting device is applied to avoid damaging caps.No caps, no capping;No caps, feeding system run automatically.And also, the cap sorted is equipped with automatic cap making up system for assuring all the time there are caps to capping station.
6.All the transferring parts are controlled by photoelectric switches, which will assure all the parts working in perfect situation to reduce any malfunction and improve automation.
7.World famous touch-screen and PLC control system are adopted on the machine to achieve the gods of high speed, stable performance and high automation.
8.Liquid level in the filling tank is controlled automatically.No water, no filling, no capping.Error alarm started automatically.
9.All parts connected with water are made of food grade stainless steel imported from Korea manufacturer of POSCO.
10.By WaterTech's high technology designed, there is no need to adjust the bottle output system height even when filling different heights of bottles.

Our ISO 9001-certified factory covers an area of 5, 800m2, equipped with 5 production lines. We provide one-stop technical service, including design, installation, debugging and maintenance. We can provide the technical training for clients. In addition, we adopt the Italy and Germanic technique. When the equipment get something wrong, our technicians will provide solutions within several hours. Besides, if necessary, we can dispatch the technician to solve the problems at site.
We have 5 QC staff with over 10 years′ experience. All of our products have passed CE approvals. The auxiliary parts are from international and domestic famous brand products, such as SIEMENS, FESTO, GRUNDFOS, OMRON and so forth. Before shipment delivery, we run all complete sets for 30-70 hours continuously for further inspection. Therefore, our equipment′s lifetime reaches about 10 years under normal operation and maintenance.
Our 7 R&D staff have over 10 years′ experience, preparing to provide specific service for you. Our service covers logo printing, packing design and instruction printing. Lead time for confirmed orders is within 45 days.
