This type machine widely used for in group packing beverage, beer and mineral water etc with or without tray; also suitable for shrink wrapping products such as electric appliance, auto spares, furniture and floor board etc.

2.Adopts specially designed sealing cutter, results in perfect sealing line, avoid the film sticking the cutter

4.The covered cylinder setting enhance the convenience for the operator; with rear pressing device assure even light product without any shifting
5.The front frame is adjustable according to different product sizes
6.SM-6035 adopts double imported blowing motors assure the hot air inside the tunnel even, and shrink effect is more compact
7.Adopts solid steel roller covered silicone gel pipe, chain conveying, and durable silicone gel
8.The conveying speed is controlled by transducer, stepless
9.The short shrink tunnel can lower the power consumption, and meanwhile assure the shrink effect

We have 5 QC staff with over 10 years′ experience. All of our products have passed CE approvals. The auxiliary parts are from international and domestic famous brand products, such as SIEMENS, FESTO, GRUNDFOS, OMRON and so forth. Before shipment delivery, we run all complete sets for 30-70 hours continuously for further inspection. Therefore, our equipment′s lifetime reaches about 10 years under normal operation and maintenance.
Our 7 R&D staff have over 10 years′ experience, preparing to provide specific service for you. Our service covers logo printing, packing design and instruction printing. Lead time for confirmed orders is within 45 days.
